Full details of the REST API calls can be provided on request for you to modify existing templates or create additional templates for your customers, or internally.

Included in the TeamsLink licence

 

PowerBI Desktop is a free to use piece of software from Microsoft and does not require any additional licensing. The pre-built templates from Atlas Support, prerequisites and information required to set up PowerBI can be found in the the Technical Guide available from your Account Manager or in the Wholesale Hub. 

 

 

Teams Tracking

 

Once enabled for your organisation, these reports will pull data on Teams-to-Teams communications (calls and conferences) by users. This data will build from the time Teams Tracking is enabled and will not pull historic data from users. This is a feature still in development with a a planned release of March 2021.
