Trustonics incumbent system and ISDN solution
were quickly becoming outdated, slow and
expensive. Coupled with poor customer service
from their current supplier it was time to look
for a solution that better supported their
business.
With a global workforce
communicating and collaborating can be
challenging, throw a global pandemic into the
mix with remote working and this challenge
grows.
Trustonic were already competent users of the
Microsoft Teams platform, so bringing all their
communications, including calling into one place
just made sense.
Atlas Support
provided two solutions; migrating Trustonics
existing ISDN lines to SIP and then later to
TeamsLink. This provided greater flexibility for remote
working, particularly during the pandemic for
their 40-strong team and ensures Trustonic is
ready for the ISDN/PSTN switch-off in 2025.
TeamsLink
allows Trustonic to communicate easily via
Instant Messaging, Voice Chat and Calling
meaning their team can remain connected from
wherever they work.
