Atlas Support’s unique ability to design powerful and bespoke solutions will enable DVLA to transform their Contact Centre and Customer Experience. Solihull, UK – April 27, 2021 – Atlas Support today announced that DVLA has awarded Atlas Support Limited a 5-year contract to transform Contact Centre services along with their back-office telephony. This work will be delivered through the Telephony and Communications Technology Project, which sits under the Employee Experience Programme.

Through Atlas Support Cloud powered by HPE GreenLake, customers will gain the ability to rapidly scale capacity as required, in a pay per use fashion, together with the security, technology, and operational benefits of having a trusted HPE partner manage their IT services.
