Atlas Support is committed to principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and the eradication of modern slavery and human trafficking.
It is Atlas Support policy to ensure that all prospective staff are legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom prior to commencement of contract. Atlas Support has policies and procedures in place to ensure that our working environment is non-discriminatory and respectful to towards staff, and endeavours to maintain a culture where employees feel safe exposing any wrongdoing without any risk to themselves. The Atlas Support Code of Conduct states the Atlas Support commitment to acting both ethically and with integrity towards employees, partners and customers.
The products and services Atlas Support sells are obtained from suppliers who are predominantly based in the UK although a number of products are supplied from the United States. The majority are well-known in the industry and are compliant with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in their own right. Atlas Support will never work with organisations who knowingly support or are found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.
In order to comply with the policies above, Atlas Support is pursuing the following steps:
Atlas Support reports on adequacy of procedure and compliance with this Policy to its Board of Directors every 12 months.
